Skydive DeLand is the training capital of the world. We offer training programs for all experience levels, from your first jump to the world-class competition. You will receive instruction from the most active professional instructors and coaches in the world. Training programs include: Tandem, Accelerated Freefall, beginning relative work (one on one, two on one, etc.), relative work competition camps (4 way, 8 way, etc.), freestyle, freefly, angle flying, wingsuiting, style & accuracy, CRW, tandem and Accelerated Freefall Instructor training, and more. Most of the more standard programs are available every day while some of the specialized programs require pre-scheduling. Skydive University, Flight-1, Fly4Life, Tribu, Arcus Flight, and many talented coaches call Skydive DeLand their home DZ.
Facility Highlights
We own and operate an incredible fleet of turbine aircraft. Our aircraft support includes a Skyvan (tailgate exit), a Twin Otter, and two PAC 750XL. Additional Otters and other aircraft are available as needed. Our aircraft are set up with clean, comfortable interiors and are maintained to the highest standard in the business.
The Gear Store is a full-service supplier that can meet all your equipment needs and provide you with rigging services. You can order a new rig before you arrive or you can purchase gear, accessories, DZ clothing, and souvenirs from our wide selection while you are here. Much of the world’s leading equipment is made in DeLand and these manufacturers provide the highest level of support available anywhere. A full range of rental gear is available. Skydive DeLand has camping available with hot showers and laundry on the drop zone. The Perfect Spot Restaurant & Bar is on the DZ offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The city of DeLand boasts many great restaurant options and a good selection of hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, houses, and rooms for rent convenient to the drop zone. Some of the accommodations have special skydiver rates, be sure to mention you are a skydiver to receive any available discounts.
We are located in one of the most popular tourist areas in the world, and the Central Florida region is full of theme parks, entertainment venues, and local and state parks showcasing the areas natural beauty. Besides great skydiving, you and your family and friends can enjoy other local attractions including Disney World, EPCOT Center, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, iFLY Indoor Skydiving, local beaches and natural springs.

One of DeLand's Best Kept Secrets! There are actually two parts to Skydive DeLand that are both amazing. One is being able to watch or be a participant in skydiving. The facility itself is made for observation, with ample seating both in the sun as well as covered patios. You can also watch the divers fold their chutes in the open-ended buildings for just that purpose. The skydivers (from all over the world) are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions you might have.
